easyJet flies under several airlines: easyJet Switzerland, easyJet Europe (Austria) and easyJet UK. From Basel, Geneva or Zurich the regulation always applies. On flights from the UK to Switzerland it only applies if easyJet Switzerland or easyJet Europe operates the flight, not easyJet UK. The flight number usually tells you: EZS… = easyJet Switzerland, EJU… = easyJet Europe, EZY… = easyJet UK.

The eligibility check is free. The letter pack (claim letter, follow-up letter, FOCA complaint documents) costs CHF 9.90 once, VAT included. No commission: you keep 100% of the compensation.
