We use no cookies, no tracking and no analytics, and load no external fonts or scripts. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare, Inc., USA) processes technically necessary server log data (e.g. IP address, time, page requested) to deliver the website and protect it against abuse.
Your entries (flight data, name, address, IBAN) are processed only locally in your browser and are not sent to us. Flight data may be kept in your browser's local storage for convenience; you can delete it at any time in your browser settings. To unlock the letter pack, your browser sends the Stripe Checkout session ID to our server, which checks with Stripe whether payment was made. We store nothing in the process.
Purchases are processed by Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe Ltd., Ireland, and other Stripe companies, including in the USA). Stripe processes your payment and contact data. We receive order data (name, email, amount, product) but not your full card details. Stripe may act as merchant of record and handle taxes. Stripe's privacy policy applies (stripe.com/privacy). Transfers to countries without adequate data protection (e.g. USA) rely on recognised safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
If you write to us, we use your details only to handle your request. The email address is operated via Grok Bot (mail.grokbot.com).
We keep order data as long as needed for the contract and statutory retention duties (usually 10 years for accounting records).
You have the right to information, correction, deletion, restriction and data portability as provided by law. Contact the email address above. You may also complain to the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
The letter pack is provided immediately after payment; by buying you agree to immediate performance, after which returns are excluded.
